If you are a student interested in taking a course for credit or starting a
degree program, complete the steps below. If not, return to the main
admissions page and choose your educational path. There may be additional instructions involved. For selective admissions programs, visit the

There are three ways to fill out an application:
- Fill out and submit our Web application form on Blazernet (we will ask your social security number).
- Download, print and complete the form, then fax or mail your application in to the Enrollment Center.
