Sculpture Park

Godfrey Campus
Lewis and Clark Community College offers a sculpture park and is a member of the Missouri Bontanical Gardens Signature Garden sites.

A special stop on any campus tour is the sculpture of Sacagawea by Glenna Goodacre. The sculpture was dedicated in May 14, 2002—two centuries after Meriwether Lewis and William Clark began their expedition from this area with the assistance of this young Native American as a guide. Facing southwest, Sacagawea stands in the Fountain Court area—one of the first Signature Gardens of the Missouri Botanical Gardens.
